Garden of flowers
Lilies black, white and red
Watered by tears
Nourished by blood
Happiness, hope
Both surrounded by life
Death in a puddle
Clips all leaves in sight
A fire within
Burns those to close
But helps far ones grow
* Heat in the wind *
Sun form above
Light shining down
But whether there’s heaven
The flowers don’t judge
Stop and smell my lilies
The fragrance of mood
Changes with the seasons
But always, smell blooms
Tough storms must be faced
And some lilies do die
But some remain
Only the strong do survive
Don’t pick my flowers
Don’t pick the life
It was growing before
It needs leaves and life
Garden of flowers
Lilies black, white and red
Watered by tears
Nourished by blood

this one impressed me too. i liked the use of the ending and the beginning. you had one typo in this saying form and not from. i liked the message in this and that it had more depth than the previous writes that i have seen. keep writing. |
