Devoid of sound

This is my home
It’s the best
I’ve ever known
In orbit
I’m all alone
No TV and no phone
In orbit
The earth
Looks a peaceful place
In orbit
All is safe
In orbit
I see the stars
Upon my eyes
They leave scars
In orbit
From out the glass
I can see
No one
In orbit
I’m falling through
This empty space
My only friend
The reflection
Of my face
In orbit
Far away
From the source
Of all pain
In orbit
Far away
From the surface
No sunshine and no Rain
