And This You Know

Contributed by Moca on Saturday, 28th December 2002 @ 08:30:00 AM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

I look into your eyes,
And I can see that
You have read our story.
You have seen it all
Before it was ever written-
And it has yet to be completely
Written.
I listen to the soft tones
Of your voice,
And I realize that
You know every note
To our life song.
You know every note
Before it was ever sung.
And it is now being
Sung…
Your touch shows
That you already know
Every curve of my body;
The cinnamon silk
Of my skin.
Within your hands lie
The memory of my touch,
Sweet to your fingertips
Long before I was born.
And many times,
I have been born…
Your sweet kiss wraps me
Up inside, and tells me
That you have all the secrets
Of our souls within…
All the secrets of lives past,
All the secrets we will create
Together…
I close my eyes in the
Incredible bliss of your lips,
And I move gracefully to
The moonlit whispers
Emanating from the depths
Of the Universe…
And all this you know.
All this I can taste
Within your Love.
