Why must I love you so much I care,
From your brown eyes to your brown hair.
Ever since that day we met,
So much more I can’t forget.

An obsession with your name,
Baby it's not the same.
Why must I run away,
Every single day.

Why can't I come to meet your eyes,
Being caught in my own lies.
Girl I trapped myself in your own beauty,
Thinking up ways for you to see.

Why I care so much for you,
Asking for you to love me to.
Now I have to go on with a feeling of regret,
Keeping my mind and my heart set.

There’s no where left to turn nowhere to run,
So I guess my heart won.
I see your face etched in stone,
When I call you on the phone.

You hang up when I do,
Say that we’re through.
We’ll baby that ain’t enough,
Cause I know the pasts been rough.

But now I got one more thing to say…

Why do I love you so much I care,
From your brown eyes to your brown hair.
You say you got that feeling I’ve had it before,
But now even more.

I’ve run out of time except for one last line…

I need you to need me,
I want you to see.
Take a look over here,
Can’t get any more clear…

I love you…

Nothing more for me to say,
Except I want you.
