"METH"ODIST, GEEKERS, TWEEKERS, AMD FREAKS
ARE THE NAMES OF THOSE THAT DO NOT SLEEP
FOR SOME PARANOIA BEGINS TO SET IN
OTHERS TRY TO PICK THEIR WAY OUT OF THEIR SKIN
THER ARE MANY TYPES THIS IS TRUE
CRYSTAL, PHOSFORUS, ANNIE ARE A FEW
WHEN YOU RUN OUT, YOU'RE SICK YOU SAY
WHEN WITHOUT, YOU SLEEP YOUR LIFE AWAY
YOU KNOW IT'S GONNA BE ROUGH WHEN THE CHILLS COME ON
YOU'RE GONNA HAVE TO LAY DOWN THE HIGH IS GONE
WHEN HIGH YOU FEEL SO GOOD CAUSE YOU'RE NUMB
BUT AFTER 14 DAYS WITHOUT SLEEP YOU BECOME REALLY DUMB
YOU SIT AND TALK ABOUT ALL THE THINGS YOU'VE SEEN WHILE HIGH
YOU JUST DON'T REALIZE NO ONE ELSE SEES IT ONLY YOUR EYES
IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW YOU PREFER IT, IT'S THE SAME
SNORTING, NEEDLES, FOIL, OR GLASS JUNKIE IS THY NAME
YOU SAY YOU CAN QUIT IN YOUR HEAD
BUT THOSE DAYS WITHOUT YOU STAY IN BED
IT TAKES HALF A GRAM JUST TO GET YOU UP
SO YOU CAN GO LOOKING FOR SOME MORE OF THAT STUFF
WILL YOU EVER QUIT DOING METH
IF A BETTER LONGER HIGH COMES ALONG, YOU BET
BUT UNTIL THEN WHEN YOU SEE THE CHILDREN OF THE NIGHT
JUST REMEMBER.... IT WAS METH THAT RUINED THEIR LIFE

| I absolutely know and understand what your writting about i used meth for a while in my life. Then i went to cocaine, I know the feeling of the igh i know the feeling of wanting the high i know the feeling of being so high you dont know what reality is. Im not rich im not a junky or a kid im just a gurl who understand the language of drugs. I luv the poem keep it up! |
