Wretched Life

I wake in the morning
Same standard view,
Usual day
With nothing to do,
Routinely wash
Then grab some food,
Pack my bag
In my regular mood,
Enter class
The customary time,
Put pen to paper
Simply sublime!
Finish for break
Small chance to rest,
Then back to work
Increase my stress,
Cope till lunch
Then I refuel,
Can’t eat much
It just taste like gruel,
Can’t take anymore
But I bare the strain,
Knowing full-well
I must do it again,
I pass on that thought
Try to overlook,
Leave for home
And collect my books,
Once at home
I choose to dwell,
On my life of boredom
I didn’t foretell,
Where am I going?
In my wasted existence,
Better if I went
It would be good riddance,
I add no good
Or anything new,
You say my name
People say who,
Still, I wait for my break
But I’m losing patience,
With my wretched life
The growing nuisance
