despite my dark and hollow appearance
im burning bright inside
deep within my foul cold self
theres a light im forced to hide
with your words you penetrate
through me into her soul
trying so hard to break me
to make my fire cold
but with shattered eyes and broken heart
her brave voice will shout
"you can never bring me down
you cant put my fire out"
