I know it may hurt you…
But as your best friend it is my job..
To always tell you the truth whether you like it…or not

When I tell you the truth…
It’s not to hurt your feelings…
Just to keep you outta dumb *****
Like shootin’up drugs or stealing…

I never mean to hurt you…
That’s the last thing I ever wanna do
I just don’t wanna loose you…
Cause I can’t face life without you…

So please don’t get offended
I don’t want to make you feel stupid or dumb
It’s ok to experiment and do stupid *****
As long as you don’t let your self get too caught up in it…

I beg you please to just hear me out…
Cause I will never steer you the wrong way
Everything I say is to help you out and to make your life better

I know it may hurt you
But what I say is true
And if it ever hurts you…
Don’t think it doesn’t hurt me too…

There is a proverb in the bible that says wounds from a friend can be trusted but an enemy multiplies kisses. You have proven those words true by your poem. Great job.
