Beauty! Oh Beauty!
We are surrounded by beauty in our Congregations,
Everywhere we go, we meet the older ones,
Their marvelous smile meeting our eyes,
The readiness to help and listen to our problems
Wonderful older ones, yes you present yourselves,
I agree; gray-headedness is a crown of beauty,
When it is found in the way of righteousness,
The crown of older ones is their grandchildren,
And the beauty of their grandchildren, is their parents,
Their beauty is reflected in their service to Jehovah,
Displaying a good example to the younger ones,
Yes, gray-headedness is a crown of beauty.
Attending all the meetings, yes it is hard at times,
Going preaching and attending the book study,
Not feel good at times, but you come with a smiley face,
Jehovah is proud of you older ones,
Yes, gray-headedness is a crown of beauty,
Your beauty doesn’t stop here, yes it does not,
You check up on your sons and daughters,
You are concerned about your grandchildren,
Wanting to display your beauty to them,
It’s true; gray-headedness is a crown of beauty,
Your health doesn’t get better each day,
You hurt and get sick, yes you do,
But your beauty to Jehovah makes you strong,
You make Jehovah proud each day,
All this years you have been in the truth,
Your beauty deserves you a crown, yes it does.
