Falling leaves,
The wind blows,
Leaves softly,
Swaying,
To the ground.
One by one,
They fall,
Off the tree,
It looks,
So peaceful.
Red,
Orange,
Yellow,
And some green.
Scattered,
All over,
The ground,
Falling leaves.

You know this poem reminded me of a trip i took a while back , here in Texas where i live the leaves are either one of 3 colors.....Green, Brown, or sometimes a glimpse of yellow, i had never in my entire life seen red and orange leaves before in my life and it was so beautiful upon the side of the hills i was driving through to see them alll covered within the trees, of all different colors not just one or two but like 5 colors all together, green, orange, yellow, red, brown they were so beautiful it's a sight i will never forget...thanks for sharing this one i enjoyed it...it took me back down memory lane...

Good you have seen the beauty of nature in its winter. I like this even though it is a short one. Venkat |
