Listen up soldiers...

Topic: oops

Listen up soldiers
This war calls your name
Hear those bombs falling
They are your claim to fame
See those people fleeing
They are your enemies
Shoot them with this knife
Slash them with these bullets
Burn them with your flame
Catapults of rage, pull it!

Do not let them escape
Corner them in the fields
They are immigrants of their own land
Foreigners among their own crops
Deserters and traitors of the command
Set up a perimeter, a soldier’s wall
They will fight you were you stand
Trigger fastened until you fall
Your replacement will be on call
In his bunk prayin’
That you got them all

We are movin’ out men!
Get yourself geared
Ok, over there, you ten!
You guys are comin’ with me
Don’t ask no questions
And ill tell you only half truths
Don’t make any predictions
And they won’t have to kill you
Keep you lips sealed
Don’t scream a word
Keep your weapons drawn forward
Like the Samurai sword
Keep your focus
Your eyes do the talking
One mistake, could cost us
This is your final warning

You have been trained
Preparing for this day
Your mission is essential
The enemies are headed your way
Do not panic
Listen to me
You are soldiers of fortune
You belong in the hands of victory
Yet, unfortunately
Some of you will not return
This is the accepted cost
That will never be atoned
If you fail
If you die
You will die nameless
And so will I
If you succeed
You may end up homeless
On the streets of New York
Finally home
You a soldier unworthy
They won’t even throw you a bone
