Silence... it's so loud in a closed room.
My body pulses as my heart keeps beating,
The only movement is in breathing.

A battle rages on inside me,
many casualties have taken both sides.
There is no peace,
screams and sobs fill me.

You are my Hate:
I condemn the whole world in your name.
Everything I touch becomes you, shadows and dust.
I can't eat... my throat is dry.
A fire burns within me to destroy.

You are my Love:
Angels sing at the thought of you.
Bright suns shine because of you, passionate and warm.
Seas are calm... fresh breezes blow.
A forest grows within me of peace.

Silence... it's so loud in a closed room.
My body pulses as my heart keeps beating,
The only movement is in breathing.

A war rages on within me,
My land is charred... burned and scarred.
My sky is choked by chemical smoke,
So much has been lost.

You are my Sadness:
My hands tremble at the sight of you.
The land is emptied by you, lonely and cold.
My heart cries... my mind is somber.
A dark void lies within me, melancholy.

You are no longer here.

How very sad and lovely...the wording is excellent
