Laughing, happy
Crying, falling
into the darkness
of my broken soul
Shattered, hurt,
torn to pieces,
Thats what i feel like now.
Pain, release, sorrow gone
This is how i heal.
Yea, so what i slice my wrist;
Mutilate and hurt myself.
Shame, stupid,insecre
Sorry this is how i always feel;
This is why i undergo my healing process....

| Well I don't go that far, but it does take me a while to recover from things. You have a lot of emotion, but I think you could be more creative with it. (Hope you don't mind my saying so.) |

| uve read my poems so i decided to check some of urs out. this is my favorite of urs so far. i cut too. this is a very sad poem. i like it a lot. very sad and capturing the feelings when some1 cuts good. |
