The battle rages within

A constant struggle for discipline
Self-sustaining antagonist
With corruption as goal
It seeks conquest
We all have the enemy deep within
Subtle and ruthless
Its destructive nature has no end
Today I fight
For something you might not understand
For this day and forever
I stand my ground
Only purity
Shall guide my hand
