To my Friends

Contributed by suicidal_imbecile on Thursday, 28th April 2005 @ 12:59:28 AM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

I took that ***** to get back at the world.
The world that brings pain and suffering,
But also love and understanding.
Two very different things, but yet they’re separated by only a thin string.
Through it all I found out who are my true friends.
The ones that will stick by me through the very end.
The pain has subsided for awhile,
But this experience has brought me far greater than just a mile.
A great jump in my life, a leap for the better.
It makes me smile every time I read your guys’ letter.
I wont give up hope again, as long has I have my best friends.

-Kate Ecklund

This is a good write that makes you stop and think of all you have in life. We all have thought at one time or another who would care if I died. If you have true friends that’s who you would hurt. Thanks for this strong write and you are lucky to have friends like this. Take care and keep your head up….Steve
