You always told me,
You'd be by my side.
That you'd fight off my fears,
When I would run and hide.

Said you'd never go away,
Never break my heart.
Said you wouldn't make me cry,
Or tear my soul apart.

I trusted you with it all,
Instead you fed me broken lies.
Left me sitting up at night,
With constant worry and whys.

Why won't you love me,
Was it something I did or said.
Baby, please don't run away,
Come home with me instead.

I poured out my heart,
You mauled it to shards.
I never thought that loving ypu,
Could ever be this hard.

i can't say i know what ur going threw, but i can say that u r not the only one that's has felt hopeless and distant. thank u 4 the poem
