Tell Me Why

Today i want you to tell me why
why you lied
why you cheated
and why i cried

Why did you do those things to me
someday i will forgive you
but i dont understand
why you kept this from me

i wish you would have just told me
that you cheated with another girl
why you snuck out
and took our love for a whirl

it would have been better
if you didnt hide
the awful things you did
without having any pride

not i hope you know
that i must pack up and leave
move on with my life
forget and never grieve

you must know
what you did was wrong
you really made me hurt
hurt for oh so long...
