My Purpose
~~~~
I am daily reminded
Of my purpose here on earth
It all started a few years ago
With my beloved son’s birth
To raise him in accordance to God’s will
Has become my greatest task
To do it for God’s glory
Isn’t a hard thing to ask

A 24/7 commitment
That doesn’t allow time to rest
You must stay on your toes
To be at your very best
But thankfully my job has been made easy
With a pretty good little boy
Who has been nothing less to me
Then a big bundle of joy

So in conclusion, I think this job
Was something I was always meant to do
I daily pray to God
To help me successfully see it through
The blessings flow like rain
Yet my purpose has just begun
For nothing could be more rewarding
Then raising my son
