Grain of Flame

I begin above an overpass gazing at the people driving by,
To and from their places,
To those I’ll never see again,
Goodbye.

But those that find their way back to where I am,
Coasting right back into my world,
All I know is you all have something to share,
Come to me, my gates are wide,
I’ll be waiting over there.

If you’re given the chance,
What will you do?
What will you say?
Come on over,
Share your heart, your mind,
Your words are a grain of flame.

Ignition is set to all those you see,
It’s in your heart, your mind,
Come ignite me.
To set the fire, it’ll burn so bright,
There are so many people out there,
Show them, show them your light!

Bring them the knowledge,
They seek, but do not find,
There’s no one around to show them,
But you’ve come just in time.

Take what you have,
Give it your all,
God gave you each these talents,
Now answer your call.

Thank God you’re here, set fire to their hearts.
He called you out.
You’re a grain of flame,
Walk with him and you’ll never burn out.
