White rose petals fall softly to the floor
Their exceeding beauty withered with time
Only to be seen again nevermore
Thy gentle flower was oh so sublime
Time dost bring age on alluring charm
Stripping away with magnificent strife
To find such beauty lost would cause alarm
Some always prayed for an eternal life
But age shall come no matter what you do
Time is something that can never be stopped
You can't stop it even if you want to
Try as you might it will never be topped
Appreciate the youth you have right now
Never again you will have it I vow

You are so right. Nothing can stop the hands of time except death. Everything in this world ages, withers, and dies. Everything in the world to follow lives forever. Make the most of life as you find it; do not fear to live your years to their fullest. This time is merely a testing period . . . take it! Pass it! Enjoy it! Be content in the knowledge that FOREVER is a long, long time . . . today lasts but a moment (it just seems longer, until we accept the reality of eternity). Life is a one-way street . . . just make sure you’re traveling in the right direction.
Your writing improves each time I visit your page. Kudos!
John
