A day of happiness
A day of care
Love blows slowly
Through the air
Moments of gladness
Soon forgotten
Brought by simple words
That come without thought
This rose is for you
On this day
So you will remember
All the way
How much you mean to me
The things you’ve done
The things you’ve said
Have held me up
When I hang by a thread
Now take this flower
And when it you see
Think of what I’ve said
And try to remember me
