LoveRemembered
|
A poison that courses,
Through my intricate veins.
Here I am, alone and sad,
As I sail across these wasteful plains.
There's this seething hatred,
That lies within my heart.
Wondering why im smiling,
While im torn apart.
This love I have boils,
It overflows with bubbles of death.
I hate this smothering feeling,
While I love my final breath.
Somtimes I want to kill you,
Yet I know id only cry.
I just want you to go away,
Yet I know id only die.
My heart longs for the pain,
While my soul glows for the tears.
But I cant stand the constant torture,
That's been placed on me through the years.
So I'll love you if you hurt me,
I'll hate you if you try.
But having you away from me,
Would only make me die.

A strong wright, brave task to take on comparing love to hate, but it works extremly well in this case and makesa very deep read.
I loved the last two verses the best.
