As I lay amidst the evergreens
In the flower scented meadow
The sun swelters high above
As the clouds start to shadow
The wind gently blows
Caressing my soft skin
As my eyes close deeper
Images of you flow within
I imagine us together
Besides a sparkling blue lagoon
Holding one another
In the breezy mid afternoon
Sparks of passion burn
Igniting the dying embers
Uplifting my desires
Feelings like this I can't remember
I look into your mystical eyes
My desires burn deeper
I yearn for your love
For you're my heart's sole keeper
Night falls as we lay together
Under the blanket of stars above
A beautiful shining star flickers
Burning with the fuels of our love
Arousing from my dreams
As happy as I could be
These happy memories remain
Of the encounter between you and me

oh wow! not one single bad word or line in this superb piece i love reading your work i feel like you set scenes so well..

I'M STILL TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHICH IS PRETTIER,THIS LOVELY POEM OR YOU'RE SO BEAUTIFUL SELF?! A TIE I WOULD HAVE TO SAY,BECAUSE BOTH SHARE A BEAUTY THAT REFLECT A N IMAGE THAT'S LOVELIER THAN WORDS MAY EVER SAY!!!
