I know that I've lost it
Soemwhere in the fold
I know that I've flipped things
Some said, some untold

I know that I'm floating
Out there in the margin
I know I am fortifying
Expecting someone to barge in

Accept.

I know that I like this
This new place I am
I know that it's awkward
But it doesn't feel shammed

I know that it grates
At the nerves of most things
I know I accept it
And the joy that it brings

Embrace.

I know it's not knowledge
But I don't much care
I know it knows anyway
And blew past the dares

I know I'm alone here
And I like it that way
I know that I'm *'** up
And that's the way it will stay.
