Watching you through eyes,
That had not slept the night before.
What I would not give to spend,
That night with you just once more.
Slipping into a brooding quietness,
A silence I always get.
The impression your kisses leave on my lips,
Is one I will never forget.
And, Gosh, if you ever left me,
It’d be suicide to move on.
I don’t think I would ever get used
To my baby being gone.
If only I could show you,
Just how powerful you make me feel.
The way you move, so undisturbed,
Makes dreams seem perfectly real.
A lot of my thoughts begin with you,
A lot of my dreams do too.
Skating the surface of just how much,
My mind and heart love you.
