I still feel numb
By how I could be so dumb
Because I let you go
Yet I still want you to know
I never meant to be cold
To your feelings that I once sold
But they have come back now
My love for you and how
You were so caring and respectful
Now I may still be forgetful
But you’re still so unforgettable
You left a print in my heart, that’s still loveable
Even after all these weeks
And you aren’t at all like the freaks
Of whom I know at school
As you’ve never played me as a fool
You’re still very special to me
I think you’re so lucky to be
Here with all your friends and family
I don’t know what I’d do without you
My happy feelings I have for you are true
