You left me.
I sat here, crying, and broken-hearted
because you left me.
I tried to get over you.
I tried to get you out off my mind.
Nothing worked.
Then one day,
you came back.
And I let you in.
Knowing you were still the same.
Knowing you still didn't care.
Knowing that you would leave me again.
But still, I kept going.
I thought to myself.
Maybe, maybe one day,
You will care.
You will want to be with me.
Now I'm here.
Wishing I said no.
Wishing I never let this happen.
Regretting everything I did.
Regretting everything.
Still trying to get you off my mind.
Still trying to get over you.
And maybe, maybe one day,
I won't care.
