Nightly Thoughts

I do a lot of thinking during the nights hours. I think the night's dark blanket wrapped around me makes me feel safe to bring out my darkest thoughts and let my reflections spill onto my paper - the words colliding together into a whirlwind of emotions. It creates a symphony of feelings as I reread every word the day that follows my dark psychictric treatment. It's during nights, such as these, that my mind seems unlocked, and all commotion seems to cease like I have power over everything the darkness is touching. After such a long day full of hardships, it is nice to come home to my paper. Here I can just let everything out. Here there is no need to shout. There is no need here to make anyone understand. Just me, my pen n' pad. Us three united understand everything. Even the wildest things that magically flow onto the paper are understood here. EVERYTHING has a meaning. Meanings tend to love hide n' seek. It's a known fact. So each morning after my psychiatric treatment, I reread my previous nights work, and like a detective I try to discover little clues in my writings which I combine together into a meaning of the masterpiece. I love playing games. Hide n' seek is fun with a meaning. But I'm quite positive that you already knew that.
