Things we thought would work
are cracked
the dreams we once had
now hacked....into so many pieces
and who is that reflection in the water
can that really be a person staring back?
who is that girl there in the water?
can she be saved from who she'll become
that horrible, evil, two-faced thing
that horrid person in the world
is she really that bad?
why does she surround herself in those thoughts
why does she let it bother her?
can we save her from her future?
