Today I sit here
and try to remember
the beautiful memories
we had together
I try to think
of the great time we had
when both of us were happy
and sometimes even sad
I start to see the past
but then it all flashes away
I pray and pray it will come back
So, I can see the memories for just a day
I want to remember
the things I did with you
but now that your gone
I wish I were gone too
I cry every night
because i cant seem to see
all the memories that were shared
between you and me
I cant go on any longer
because with out you here
I cant be happy
My life is full of fear

That's so awesome... it reminds me of when you lose someone, whether they are still alive or not, the memory will grow more dim each day... and I find that very sad...
"I cry every night

between you and me" -- my favorite part!!
This whole poem is really awesome, and I sincerely mean this, I love it.
Create a memory box -- put all your mementos from this person in it, and write down all the memories you can on paper, n put that in the box, too, then bury the box outside somewhere, just like you are burying the memory in the back of your mind, just until the pain goes away... Once the pain is gone, you might be able to appreciate the memories, just a thought.
