Just another heartbreak.
Just another failure.
Just another box of broken promises.
Just another liar.
Just another guy who "loves me".
Just another one I wasn't good enough for.
Just another wasted effort.
Just another heart no one wants.
Just another cheater.
Just another one I gave it all to.
Just another one who took it and ran.
Just another one who really couldn't care less.
Just another hurt.
Just another tear on my cheek.
Just another sad, sad poem.
Just another unhappy ending.
Just another goodbye.
Just another time I'm left behind.
Just another time I'm traded in for something better.
Just another fall I took too hard.
Just another miserable night.
Just another empty feeling.
Just another loss I can't take.
Just another change of plans.
Just another lifetime alone.
When will it ever just go right??
So I don't have to sit here and --
No, I'm not going to cry this time!
(As I shed the first of a hundred thousand tears
For the boy who loved me more than anyone ever has)

So very well written MoonlitAngel, very expressive and painful.
Love does sometimes hurt, not that that helps.
Sounds at the moment that your love life sux, but your poetry is great.
Catch ya. |

Sad poem. Good, but sad. You don't have to cry over him. He's nothing now.
Love always,

Screw Greg! There are more divine things to shed your tears for. I liked your poem very much. It is very descriptive and its an excellent display of self expression. You show your emotions so well and you do so very elegantly. Forget love turn your back on it. |
