LoveRemembered
|
You warmed up my arctic nights and breezed my damp days
You enlivened my inert life
You made the impossible possible and the improbable probable
You turned my doubts into hope
You taught me to trust and to be believed
You turned the jinx into the genie
You made the sour taste sweet
You turned failure into triumph
Your love is ubiquitous
You were God's best creation
My most priced possesion
The rains are so unexciting without you
Living makes no sense to me
Time has never been so stagnant
And each day seems endless
I think of you all the time
This desertion is such a pain
I'm wanting to be with you
But all in vain
An involuntary existence mine is
My soul feels evacuated
My patience is saturated
So terrible is this feeling
That my heart calls for some healing
I've never felt so wrecked before!
You've gotten me so used to us that
I can't bear be away
I try to numb the pain
By diving into an ocean of memories
And this hurts even more,nevertheless!
these traumatic moments in life....is there an escape?
