You've always been there for me,
In good times and bad.
You've helped my fears always,
Even some I never knew I had.
You were there when my tears fell,
You told me it was okay to be sad.
You were there when he broke my heart,
You told me love isn't always bad.
You were my eyes when I couldn't see,
You told me it was okay to be me.
I couldn't have asked for a better friend.
I know you'll be there even in the end.
If it wasn't for you, I don't know what I would do,
Mother, I love you.
