Tragedy strikes

I know it is sad when tragedy strikes,
I understand they all hurt.
And thats where you need to be,
To hold and comfort them while in grief.

So now I feel like an outcast,
No one acknowledges me,
Not even you and that is the worst,
I still care and wish I could be there.

But under certain circumstances,
I know that I cannot.
Sometimes I wish I could go back
To before you and me.

I used to be like family, but now I am the one no one likes,
I do not regret you and I, but even you treat me like dirt.
So I'll sit back and wait and see,
IF you'll still be here when they seek relief.

Or will I be a woman of your past,
I hope you will come and find me,
CAuse this time I iwll wait for you to call first,
And hope I was not just an affair

I don't want this to be one of those lost Romances
CAuse to me it will never be forgot,
I hope it was not all an act,
To my heart you hold the key
