You took a paintbrush
Painted my soul
Into a happy color
Instead of coal
The paintbrush tickled
IT made me laugh
No longer so dark
Here's my nicer half
Now I smile
So much it hurts
But the pain is pleasent
Trust me, it works
The dark tunnel
That I was in
Was smashed down
Destroying a life of sin
So if you're angry
Depressed and guilt ridden
Destroy the dark tunnel
Find the light that's hidden
