Who Can Save Me?

Contributed by willow_tara72002 on Saturday, 16th April 2005 @ 11:40:15 PM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

Inside im alone again
Frozen and Numb
Outside I hide this pain
Why cant i stop this?
Or help others through it?

School is where im happiest the most
Forget all my problems and be myself
They all think im happy , like i act
But inside im bleeding

Those that make fun of me make it worse
They've read what i wrote, how i feel
They make it a big joke, say things everyday

Next i retreat to my room,
My sanctuary in hell
Where i cry all day and night
Trying to push these feelings aside

Can my love even save me now?
When she is my only happiness, only love
The only reason im still here,
Can she save me?

When someone makes fun of another they do this to switch the focus off thenselves and their own insecurities. Study some psycology and see what cha find. It's really sad that they make fun of your writing 'cause u r gifted with the talent to write. That's just their jealousy. U have the best tool to save yourself with your writing no matter what anyone else has to say about it. Keep writing as u should know by now that it truly helps.
Luv, huggs, strength,
emy

A pleading poem that many humans can relate to...I agree also with the other comments. previously..
I am a Christian...you asked ..so I'll reply with saying" God can Save you too."..pray and His guidence will help you overcome your feelings...

[plus keep writing....regardless of the humans that are just probably too stubborn to admit -their -true feelings...

Cheers!~

I love this poem! It has so much emotion in every word... That's how I feel quite often... I usually act happy at school even when I'm trully not. Jenny
