Casin` my body
u stole my heart
tooken in handz
then broken apart
somethin i thoght
wuz pure love`s art
but i guess in the end
i wasnt so smart
i wuz young at heart
now i need a new start
lookin on the weather chart
i see no more rainy dayz
no more goin thru tha maze
no more gettin thru tha faze
now its time for me 2 raise
cuz i gotta go
i cant stay to watch tha show
i gotta step up and say no
i cant be yo silly 304
i gotta leave it 2 my past
so i can say that wuz long ago
hello??? u could`nt figure it out
well now u kno
i gotta go!
i gotta go!

please use correct english please. wuz, etc doesnt cut it. poetry is the language of words, not the language of misspelling and shortcutting. you posted this under angry poetry, and i didnt feel any anger from it. this was poorly produced simply because you could not make your reader feel your emotion and you spelled more words wrong than right. |

Essentially9, usually I agree with your posts, but not this time. Poetry isn't about the use of words, it's about expressing one's self, in any way shape or form. True, it was a difficult read and didn't really express too well, but you could tell the anger was there in the beginning, and her use of words was her choice. That may have been the way she wanted to express herself, you never know |
