Tonight

Contributed by Eclipse on Saturday, 16th April 2005 @ 07:49:03 AM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

Tonight we combined in song
It is to you I forever belong
Under the stars in a perfect night
One day we'll leap up, together in flight

Once I was broken, now I am whole
Your love has now touched my soul
Take me in your arms, don't ever let go
Never felt this way before, I know
That this is love

The sun will rise, the sun will fall
You'll be with me through it all
Can you hear the music, it's for you
It's my heart singing for only two
Me and you
Tonight

Look at the sky, see the stars so bright
The evening breeze will bind us tight
We'll be here forever, the future's clear
I was meant to be with you, my dear

For can you hear the music, it's for you
My heart sings for only two
Me and you
Tonight

this is a good work and I'm glad you found a love that lets your heart free. continue to write about this love and I'll continue to read. I like this line in you writing…..
The sun will rise, the sun will fall
You'll be with me through it all
Thank you for writing…Steve
