in side looking out...

Contributed by brokenwings on Friday, 15th April 2005 @ 03:59:25 AM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

she cries in the middle of the night
tears no one ever see, no one but me
relives the harsh words he said on the very last fight
wishes she could just walk up to him and say
all the things she held in...
how she hates him for killing her spirit
wishes that one day he feels tha pain he caused her
and nothing in the world could fix what he did wrong..
tell him she'll never find love because she's afraid to try....
but in her heart she knows she will only try
so she lets the silence continue
each day that passes by her face stained from the tears she cries
nothing can fix what he has caused..
but some day she'll find someone new
will she push him away from her to gaurd from pain
or open up and freely cry, and let someone other than me see
the tears i now know as rain...
my view from the inside looking out
is the best view without a doubt... for i can see
all the things his meanness did to me.....

I liked the verse "my view from the inside looking out" I think everyone needs to do this to cleanse their souls & let the pain out, so they'll be able to go on. Good write Shey
