LostLove

Waiting for some kind of sign,
An omen of your regret.
A blood red towel,
A broken necklace,
Sad reminders of what could've been.
This is all I have left from you.
You have much more.
That of which you took from me,
My dignity,
My respect,
And most of all,
My love.
I loved you,
I thought you loved me back.

I like this poem, it hurts to lose a love and I'm on that path right now in my life. when you love someone and they leave they truly do take it all when they go. thank you for these words.....Steve |

It's a time when you most need answers and yet you don't get them only the aftermath, well written |
