Seeing smiles on your face,
& the laughter in your heart,
Is a feeling I can't replace,
It's the best part,
When opening your gifts this year,
The happiness in your eyes,
Is what gives Christmas cheer,
Just seeing the surprise,
We could'nt give you much I know,
but please remember why,
It's not the gifts that show,
It's love from your father & I,
Just seeing your smile,
brings us great joy,
Makes it worth while,
from a simple toy,
Christmas is for giving love,
not what you receive,
A gift from God above,
If you just believe!

Hello there,
This is so precious. Reminds me of when I was raising my three children alone.
That's only one reason I have luv, compassion and understanding of others.
The list goes on but I'm sure you know what I mean.
I grew up a poor country gal but we had luv. When you max on luv then you can make it thru anything!
