No One

Contributed by jaycee on Tuesday, 12th April 2005 @ 09:32:00 AM in AEST
Topic: SadPoetry

No one that knows me
No one that sees me
No one pursues me
No one to please me

No one to care that
I'm at my wits end
No one who wants to
be my own girfriend

No one appreciates
a forty year old teen
No one gives up on
that big ol' house dream

No one who likes that
big shiny Death Star
No one who dreams that
they'd travel that far

No one to sing with
No one to talk with
No one to dance with
No one to walk with

No one's shoulder
that I can cry on
No one to sit with
waiting for the dawn

No one to shoulder
some of my life's pains
No one to help me
without counting their gains

No one who listens well
No one who calms fears
No one who helps me
No one who dries tears

No one to care when
death's looking so fine
No one to stop me
when I'm crossing that line

No one to like me
No one to miss me
No one to hold me
No one to kiss me

No one...

im so sorry you have to feel like this... i feel the same way everyday. ppl dont know what it's like to feel so alone, that no one likes you or will miss you wen you leave. its a hard thing to deal with. i really like your poem. and you should try being more positive about yourself, give yourself a little more credit now and then. you are important, i hope you realize that.
luv n hugs

Very, very well written. I know this may sound corny but I can feel your pain (or the pain) because I have been down this road b4 and oh so too recently. There has got to be someone. I have hope again and so can you (or who this is about...considering the possibility that it could be fiction). Hang in...

As a friend of mine always says, "Peace".
