You want me to forgive you,
Forget I watched you walk away.
Ignoring my emotions,
So clearly displayed on my face.
You want the slate cleaned,
A fresh new start.
The dirt you put there though,
Is in far too deep.
Everytime I hear your name,
I can see how you turned away.
Can't stand looking in your eyes,
Knowing you can't do the same.
Every word you speak to me,
I can hear the love you hold.
Too bad it's not for me like you say,
But I'm second prize to her.
Ever word is a contradiction,
Everything has a hidden meaning.
When you say you love me,
Are you really thinking of me?
If you love me so much,
Why do you want it a secret?
Are you ashamed of your feelings,
Or knowing that they are for me?
I'm giving you a break,
Leaving you alone to deal.
You can straighten yourself out,
I'm done with this relationship.
Don't come back to me later on,
When your rejected and hurt.
You only have yourself to blame,
You once made me feel the same way.

That was an interesting poem, i liked it a lot actually.
