I’m quite happy the way I am,
Really, surprised you be?
Yes, yes, time you harken.
To feel that lightness inside,
Money, material things are ok.
However, my soul, hearts abide.
Improvements can always be made.
It’s the way I learn, mistakes I paid.
Truth, honesty in my being stays,
Morals, values, spirituality doth prays.
Sadness sometimes here,
Goodness of faith withdraws its fear.
Hope in thy self, is by far,
Thy esteem is growing, Thy mind is clear.
Thy body claims strength, no bars.
Eccentric, strange, creative I be.
Moving forward slowly,
Taking in new life,
Perhaps, even a new me!

Very beautiful. Its good to hear that someone is happy with theirself. I'm not quite there yet but I'll get there one day.Keep being happy with yourself, people need to know that one could be happy with theirself. I think this poem is very positive. |
