The Wind Knows

I have a secret

that nobody knows

And you can only hear it

when the wind blows

It's very airy and light

with a fragrance of flowers

You can sit and feel it blow

but not hear it for hours

I know you are wondering

how the wind knew

but I told it

once when it blew

So that's how it stays

a secret forever

because the wind knows

and no one else will

ever
