One night with you,
Smiling as you stroke my hair.
It would be a dream come true,
Because I'd know you're really there.
To hear your voice,
And see your eyes.
I'd then know,
You've answered my cries.
The sun would go down,
Then it would rise.
How when I'm with you,
Time quickly flies.
To lie against your chest,
To feel the beat of your heart.
To know you hold the pieces,
And I'm no longer falling apart.
As a tear slides down my cheek,
You'd be there to wipe it away.
But I know you must go soon,
At the end of this perfect day.
Please one more minute,
I need you here with me.
It's seems when im with you,
Is the only time I'm really happy.
But I know you must go,
I asked for only one day.
But please remember this moment,
As you leave and walk away.
I see you fade with the fog,
My happiness disappears.
Darkness comes back,
Just as I feared.
I'll see you once more,
Again another day.
I promise we'll share a prefect moment,
Somehow, someway.
