To All The Men And Women Of 9112001

Contributed by Cynthia on Saturday, 21st December 2002 @ 08:00:00 PM in AEST
Topic: AmericanTragedy

To the men and women,
Who died doing,
What they do best,
Will always be remembered,
And with God,
They shall rest.
They gave their,
Lives for others,
Helping whenever,
They could,
No time to think,
About themselves,
Doing exactly,
What they should.
Now that they,
Are gone,
Forever in our,
Hearts they will be,
Living in our minds,
The memories will,
Be with thee.
Their smiles,
And their laughter,
We will never forget,
They will always,
Live on,
I know that they're,
In Heaven,
That's a safe bet.
They are in God's,
Arms now,
And there they will be,
Watching over you,
With gladness and glee.

Yes, this is a very emotional subject. I felt my heart sink when I watched this event unfold in front of me, while I was watching tv.

You don't have to thank me. I feel that I had to let people know how I felt about what had happened. My heart is still with the families that are still suffering.
