present yet vanished
nonchalant but really, so intrigued.
it's all a jumble within this place
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

you act so matter-of-fact
but for some reason i feel
that you're not
do i see right through you or
is it only an illusion?
or a wish, perhaps...

i lie sometimes
to protect myself and my
fragile, bruised heart.
just allow me to dream
dream which doesn't pertain to
reality.
let me believe that it really could
all work out
that...
it's possible
i don't think about you tho
cuz it hurts.
but when i'm with you
there's nowhere else
i wanna be.
