Today Isn't Yesterday

Today isn't yesterday,
Never will it be.
For yesterday is gone,
As you can clearly see.
Today isn't yesterday,
Even if we sometimes hope.
Then we find out tomorrow,
It's harder to cope.
So, if today isn't yesterday
And it won't ever be,
Why do we remember
What we don't want to see?

wow this is a great poem and i agree with every word. its all so true
sometimes i think i live for my yesterdays the past....and like u said tomorrow its harder to cope.
if u can u might like my poem along the same lines as urs called "i never thought...suddenly"
