My Exposure

You whispered me
I laid immensely
Words overlapped on top
Of blue, but let us stop
Open emotion
I'm feeling notions
In the early afternoon
I look for you
Make me silent
I await to be content
Never mirror shame
Or it'll crack today
And my exposure
Is moving closer
Don't leave me
Naked and Thieved
I'm willing to stay here
If you stay with me
I'm willing to stay here
If you stay with me
I need a promise
To give me one kiss
Over and over
For my exposure
I need truth before you

I could see through your poem, the beauty of what you were saying. I think a lot of us have had this feeling at some point. You put it into words and I enjoyed what I read. Thank you for a different way of putting an afternoon delight. *smiles* |
